• You canceled your order before it was processed 

• We did not receive your payment

• If you’re not satisfied with the product, reach out to us within 45 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. 

⚠️ Requests made after 45 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
