How To Test Testosterone At Home?

Most of the commonly available at-home test kits rely on saliva samples. You will typically be asked to spit into a tube that needs to be sealed and sent to the lab. In some test kits you may be given a cotton swab that you will place under your tongue.

After placing in position for a few minutes, you will have to squeeze the saliva into the tube. You will be asked to provide a sample of 2 ml. This will be marked as a fill line in the tube. The test results may reach you in two days after it reaches the lab.
