Do Penis Enlargement Pills Work ?
There is not much clinical evidences in favor of penis enlargement pills. Many offerings in this realm have limited / no positive outcomes. These are often made of minerals, vitamins as well as hormones. There are also herbal products which claim to make enlarge men’s penis. Most of them do not help you in enlargement. Do Penis Pumps Work ?
Penis pumps may help men have a penile erection. Vacuum-based erection devices (VEDs) are widely available to treat males living with conditions like erectile dysfunction i.e., ED. These pumps are non-devices and are considered safe to use. However, these devices do not provide a long-term answer to men’s erection problems.
Also, penis pumps are competitively priced, making them cost-effective to other ways to treat erectile dysfunction in males. Of course – a few side effects do show up; these include numbing or scarring / bruising. Owing to these risks, you are advised to use them as per clinical advice. How Does a Penis Implant Work?
This works by surgical placement of an implant inside your penis. This procedure is done to help men have a successful erection. Implants are of two types namely, inflatable and non-inflatable (also known as malleable) implants.
Of these, the inflatable kind have two chambers of saline solution. A pump is placed closer to your scrotal bags. When you activate the pump, saline liquid gets into the chambers to inflate the arrangement. This leads to an erection.
In case of non-inflatable implants / malleable type, a flexible material is placed inside. It can be bent to facilitate an erection. Owing to this, there is no need for liquid or a pump to activate this flexible substance.
Does Stretching Penis Work ?
Evidences on success of penile stretching are less. At best, stretching is considered a very short-term measure. These exercises are done only when your penis is limp or flaccid. You may need to discontinue them once you begin to feel a pain or discomforts. Doctors may advise you to do stretching only once per day; too much of it does more harm than good.
Manual stretch is done by gripping head of the penis; pulling it upwards and stretch for some 8 – 9 seconds. The move to the left and stretch for a few seconds. Now, repeat by turning it to right. These are not be done for more than 4 minutes per day.
Penis Enlargement Medicine
US-based food & drug administration has not cleared lotions or pills for enlarging males’ penis. However, a few over-the-counter supplements and oils (even lotions) claim to help enlarge men’s penis. There are also a few power capsules - based on Ayurvedic formula – and these are believed to help enlarge penis. Their efficacy is also not scientifically proven or tested!
Power capsules are widely available to boost moods and desire. These are known to increase libido levels in men.
Penis Enlargement Side Effects
Penis enlargement may lead to several side effects. You may encounter infections, pains, change in shape of penis – to list a few. Men living with urinary tract infection (UTI) are advised not to for penile implant procedures. Also, men who are diabetic or those with of heart problems also need to avoid enlargement procedures – especially of the invasive kind.
